What are your return/exchange policies? We want our customers to feel as happy as a pig in mud, a baby chick under a heat lamp, and a horse in springtime. Easier said, we want you to have a positive experience with our company. If you need to return merchandise, you may return or exchange it by mail by following the guidelines listed below.

*Do I pay sales tax?*  No.

*What if an item is not available?*  We make every effort to keep adequate stock of items listed on our site, but sometimes we sell out of certain products or sizes. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

*How is my order shipped?*  All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been transmitted. Note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
